As a passionate, go-getting artist, Monica has been able to travel overseas to work at New York Fashion Week, as well as home grown events including VAMFF and MBFWA, Melbourne Cup Carnival, Grand Prix and work across television productions including X-Factor, Dancing with the Stars, The Logies, Brownlow Awards and The Aria’s. Her attention to detail paired with her ability to create flawless looks makes her the chosen artists for many clients, meaning the makeup requires little retouching in person and digitally.

Monica has become the chosen make up artist for many top influencers and celebrities including Steph Claire Smith, Tayla Damir, Megan Gale, Zoe Foster Blake, Sophie Monk, Olympia Valance, Guy and Jules Sebastian, Samantha Jade, Nicole Trunfio, James Blunt and many more.

In addition, Monica has become recognised for her strong speaking and educational skills, presenting at many beauty expos and events, teaching masterclasses, and speaking on podcasts and in interviews.

In 2018 the demand for Monica’s services grew to a point where she couldn’t fulfil every job she was requested for, and launched her own agency; Tonic Agency.
